There is a time limit for you to resolve a student’s study problem it is within 30 days of the student accepting your expert bid.

What happens if the subject I have a qualification in is not on the website?

We aim to build the subjects depending upon the student’s requirements. Should your expertise be in a subject not on the website, please complete the ‘Your Subject not here – Get in touch’ tab or the Contact Us form. These forms are for you to provide Mobile Minds with your subject of expertise.

How do I upload my qualification certificate(s)?

There are facilities for you to upload your Certificate(s) of UK recognised qualification(s).

How am I informed that a student has a study problem?

You will receive a notification email that a student has a problem you are qualified to resolve. There is also a reminder system in place if a student has not received a bid to resolve their problem. If no expert has come forward and placed a bid within 72 hours the enquiry will lapse.

What are the costs for me to register?

It is free to register

There are no registration fees, no joining fees, no subscriptions fees and no specified admin fees. The bid price offered by you to the student is completely at your discretion for the support you offer to the student. The cost to you is in the form of a deduction from the bid price accepted by the student.

What is the minimum age to register on this website?

The minimum age to register on this website is at least 18 years of age.

Who provides the expert service?

Those who have already qualified in that particular subject and are able to give support to students who are struggling.

Who are the experts that give their support to struggling students?

Young Professionals, University Students in higher years of study, Distance Learning Students, Professionals in practice. All of whom feel they would like to give something back to their profession and to their fellow professionals.

What if I live outside the UK?

Many people come to the UK to study and on achieving their qualifications then return to their country of origin. If you live outside the UK and hold a UK recognised qualification you are able to register and provide support on that subject.

What language does this website operate under?

This website operates under English language only.

Where does the support take place?

The support takes place off the website by whichever means you and the student have agreed. Whichever method is most suitable: Mobile, Email, Whatsapp, Facebook, Skype, FaceTime, Zoom.

How do I exchange contact details with the student?

There are facilities for both you and the student to add their contact details during the process.

How can I see the problem?

There is a facility on the website for the student to upload information in relation to their study problem. You will have visibility of the study problem and information uploaded.

Am I able to accept a repeat booking?

You are able to accept a repeat booking. There is a facility available during the process whereby a repeat booking can be made.

How do I get paid?

Once you and the student have been into your own accounts and ticked to complete the transaction, you then have the facility to click and raise an invoice. This invoice is sent electronically to Mobile Minds.

How do I receive payment?

You receive payment by a bank transfer.

How can I be registered as an expert and as a student at the same time?

You will need two separate email addresses. One to register as an expert and one to register as a student.

Payment is easy!  You pay online through a secure checkout.

How do I make a repeat booking?

There is a facility available during the process where you can make a repeat booking with a chosen expert.

What happens if I am not satisfied?

If you are not satisfied with the service received from the expert you must notify Mobile Minds within 72 hours by emailing support@mobilemindsonline.com
