It is free to Register as an Expert

Step 1: Register as an Expert

  • Register a new account or log into your account.
  • Complete Qualification(s) and Module(s).
  • Upload a copy of your curriculum vitae (CV) and qualification certificate(s)
  • Write a personal bio / resume.

Step 2: Expert Notified of a New Problem Posted

  • You will receive notifications via email when a problem has been posted that you are qualified to solve.
  • You log into your account to view the problem.
  • You determine whether you are able and willing to solve the problem.
  • Placing a bid (if so).
  • You enter contact details, the possible method(s) of connection, availability and (optionally should you wish) you can explain why you feel best suited to resolve that problem.

Once you have placed a bid the student will receive notification via email that a bid has been placed.

There is a reminder system in place to experts. If no expert has come forward and placed a bid within 72 hours the enquiry will lapse.

Step 3: Expert Notified Bid Accepted

  • Once your bid has been accepted and payment has been received in full you will be notified via email.
  • You and the student will then connect off site by whichever method has been agreed: Mobile, Skype, FaceTime, Zoom, etc.

Next you will need to go into your account and click the 'Mark as complete' button, this will generate an email to be sent to the student. The student is required to click the 'This job is complete' button.

If the student and you wish to extend the support, the student will be required to return to that same problem and click on the 'Extend Support' button. This will start the process again. You place a bid for per hour, quoting the number of hours.

Student receives a new email for the bid placed and requesting funds. The process continues the same.

Step 4: Complete Transaction

  • You will need to go into your account and click the 'Mark as complete' button this will generate an email to be sent to the student. The student is required to click the 'This job is complete' button.

This is a very important step and must be completed.

From your account click to raise an invoice, bank details to be added and please send the invoice electronically to Mobile Minds By Design Limited.

Step 1: Post a Problem

  • Click on Post a Problem.
  • Register a new account or log into your account.
  • Complete ‘Qualification’ and ‘Module’ sections.
  • Enter a description of the difficulty and upload any relevant information.

The expert receives a notification via email that a problem has been posted and that they are qualified to solve.

Step 2: Expert Notified

  • Expert receives notification by email.
  • Logs in to their account to view the problem.
  • Determines whether they are able and willing to solve the problem.
  • Places a bid (if so).
  • Enters contact details, the possible method(s) of connection, availability and (optional) explains why they feel best suited to resolve that problem.

Once the expert has placed a bid you will receive notification via email that a bid has been placed.

Step 3: You Select Expert

  • You log into your account to view the bids placed.
  • Ultimately, it is your responsibility to screen prospective experts to make sure their skills and experience meet the needs of your problem and your time schedule.
  • You decide which expert and which bid suits you, click to select.
  • Once you have selected the expert and accepted the bid the payment is required in full. You receive confirmation for payment received.
  • A notification via email is sent to the expert selected.
  • You and the expert then connect off site by the method agreed: Mobile, Skype, FaceTime, Zoom, etc.

The expert will go into their account and click the 'Mark as complete' button, this will generate an email to be sent to you. You are required to click the 'This job is complete' button.

Feedback: it is important to give feedback. This is valuable in building a strong foundation for the experts to continue with the support they are providing.
